My journey began in school, competing in netball and softball, where I first learned how powerful good nutrition and exercise can be. These days I cycle, run, and train with weights, and I love helping other people feel that same sense of capability in their own bodies.
I believe you are what you eat, but I also believe in balance. Life's too short to deny yourself the occasional treat. Real wellness is the sweet spot between nourishing food and consistent movement, and that's the space I work in with my clients.
