About Rose

A nutritionist who eats real food, moves every day, and won't lecture you.

I'm Rose Sutera, a qualified nutritionist in Melbourne. I work with people who want to feel stronger, sleep better, and stop second-guessing what's on their plate, without giving up the foods they love.

My story

From the netball court to the consult room.

My passion for health and fitness traces back to school. Netball and softball taught me early how directly food and movement shape the way you feel, perform, and recover. That curiosity never left.

A typical Sunday. Out on the bike, then coffee with the right company.

These days I cycle, run, and train with weights. Not because I have to, but because I genuinely love feeling capable in my body. I want my clients to feel that same confidence, on their own terms, in a way that suits their life.

What I see again and again is people exhausted by rules. Cut this, count that, swear off the other. So I went the other direction and qualified as a nutritionist, so I could help people from a place of balance: the food on the plate, and the everyday movement that supports it.

My philosophy

You are what you eat, but I also believe in balance. Real wellness lives in the sweet spot between food that nourishes you and movement that lifts you.

How I work

A few things you should know about me.

No off-the-shelf plans

Every plan is built around what you actually eat, how you actually move, and what your week actually looks like. Templates don't change lives. Personalised does.

Practical, not preachy

I won't tell you to swear off the foods you love. I'll help you build a way of eating that includes them, without sliding back into old patterns.

Food and movement together

I treat food and movement as one conversation. The right movement amplifies the right food. The right food makes movement easier. We look at both.

Long-term over quick fix

Crash diets fail because they don't fit real life. I aim for the smallest set of changes that produce the biggest, most sustainable shift in how you feel.
