Who I help

Four areas where consults make the biggest difference.

Weight loss

For people who are tired of crash diets and want lasting change. We build a way of eating that fits your week, your body, and the foods you genuinely enjoy. Sustainable change, not punishment.

Gut health

Bloating, irregularity, food sensitivities, or just a gut that never quite feels settled. We unpack what's driving it and build a plan your gut can actually rest into.

Sleep, stress & anxiety

Food, movement, caffeine, light, and routine quietly run your nervous system. The fastest, most under-rated wins live here. We work the levers most people don't think to pull.

Hormonal health

Cycle, energy, mood, perimenopause and menopause. Practical nutrition support for the seasons your body moves through, without the noise of fad protocols.

FAQ

Common questions, plainly answered.

Do I need a referral to see a nutritionist?

No referral required. You can book an initial consult directly through the contact form or by phone.

How is a nutritionist different from a dietitian?

Nutritionists focus on whole-food, lifestyle-based support for everyday wellness goals: weight, gut health, sleep, hormones. Dietitians work more clinically with diagnosed medical conditions. If your situation is better suited to a dietitian, I'll say so on the call.

Can I do consultations online?

Yes. All consultations are available via Zoom and the experience is the same as in person. In-person sessions run from West Melbourne and Altona.

What should I bring to my first consultation?

Just yourself. If you have recent blood work, supplements, or a typical day of eating you'd like to review, bring those along. They help, but they're not required.

How many sessions will I need?

Most clients start with one initial consult plus two to four return consults across the first three months, then check in monthly or as needed. We talk through what's right for you in the first session.

Do you offer meal plans?

I build a personalised plan around your real life, not a generic meal plan. Recipes, swaps, and structure are included where they're useful, but the plan is built around you, not a template.

Pick a time. Let's start.

An initial consult takes 60 minutes. You'll leave with a clear sense of where your health is and where it could go next.
